Yorvik Buying Process
CHOOSING YOUR NEW HOME
Visit your development of choice and speak with your dedicated Sales Consultant to ascertain what schemes are available to assist you in making your move to a new Yorvik Home.
FUNDING YOUR NEW HOME PURCHASE
Speak with our trusted panel of nominated Financial Advisors, who will be able to help you with regards to making an informed decision on the relevant finance options available to assist you with the purchase of your new home.
RESERVING YOUR NEW HOME
Your Sales Consultant will now take you through the process of reserving your new home, completing all necessary paperwork and you will be asked to pay a Reservation Fee. This fee secures your home, removing it for sale from the open market for a period of 28 days, by the end of which you will be expected to be able to Exchange Contracts.
LEGAL COMPLETION & MOVING IN
Once your new home is nearing build completion, you will be invited to visit the development for a Home Tour and Demonstration and at this point we will be able to provide you with a guaranteed date for your move. With your dedicated Sales Consultant then calling you on the day to advise that you are now able collect your keys.
